Justades Angelo

Mr. Justades Angelo was admitted to the bar in the year 2010. He is the team leader and head of Commercial and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department which comprises units such as conveyancing, intellectual property rights, company formations, real estate developments, banking and financial business advisory, loan recoveries, international trade, Commercial and corporate governance structures and transformations, investments and insurance and Court and none court annexed dispute Resolutions.

Mr. Angelo started his carrier as a Bank Principal Legal Officer at AZANIA BANK LIMITED in which he worked for Ten years as in-house legal Counsel. His work with AZANIA BANK LIMITED exposed him to a number of banking transactions including but not limited to credit analysis, loan syndication, security documentation and perfection and loan recoveries for which he has an accumulated experience in terms of litigation, receivership and restructuring negotiations.

Expertise: Mr. Angelo has gained reputation for his outstanding expertise in conveyancing, property law, loan recoveries and litigation. He is also well versed and has far reaching experience in Banking law, Microfinance consultancy, investment projects (both local and international investors) and arbitration.

Currently Mr. Angelo advises various Financial Institutions and investment companies in various sectors which assignments have yielded the firm sufficient trust and reliance by clients.
